For lunch in the Yokkaichi city yesterday,  I head to Hachinoashiha. I order a bowl of the popular shio ramen, and start with a sip of the soup. It has a light taste, just right for conveying the saltiness and aroma of Dashi. The ramen contains wantan, which soaks up the soups to add its own distinctive flavor to the mix. The char siu barbecued pork has a gentle sweetness, too. I can eat it everyday🤣
